Shipping

Once the order is placed you will receive an email from us with the order number and tracking information in it. The package shall take 5-7 business days to deliver, if not received within the time duration please email us at hellosqoos@gmail.com.

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. All orders above 599/- will be having no shipping cost.

Return

We ask you to take an unboxing video of all packages received from us.

If the package was delivered to you damaged we suggest you not accept the package. Once you open the package and find the items broken or damaged, we ask you to send us pictures of the damaged product/s with its original packaging and a picture of the outer package that was delivered, to hellosqoos@gmail.com. Once we confirm that it arrived to you damaged we will issue a pick up for the same within 10-15 Business days we will email you a coupon for the same amount you paid.

In case of returns, we issue 10 days return for all orders, given that the products are in their original packaging, unused, and that the product and the packaging are in resellable condition. The amount paid will be returned within 30 days in your bank account.
